Experience life on the shores of the St. Lawrence River
Kelly’s Beach is one of the many vibrant waterfront attractions here in Prescott! Located at the west end of town near Centennial Park, our municipal pool and the Splash Pad.
Throughout the summer, the beach is a very popular spot. Local children and adults alike enjoy the clean, warm waters of the tranquil St. Lawrence River. The sandy shore is meticulously maintained to provide our residents with a relaxing and safe environment. Come down to Kelly's Beach and don't forget your sunscreen!

Boat Launches
Spend the day at Kelly's Beach, launch your kayak or paddleboard from the small watercraft launch, or bring your boat to Prescott's municipal boat launch at the west end of Centennial Park.
Water Quality
Southeast Public Health monitors the water quality at municipally-owned and operated public bathing beaches within our area. Monitoring occurs for 12 weeks between early June and Labour Day, and involves testing the water for bacteria as well as conducting a visual inspection of the beach. - no alcohol
- no dogs on the beach, except service animals (may be asked to provide proof of documentation)
- no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana
- no diving
- no open fires or barbeques on the beach
- no motorized vehicles or watercrafts on the beach or inside the swimming areas
- no camping or overnight activities
- no littering
