Oral Quotations - A minimum of three (3) suppliers shall be asked to quote orally when the value of the purchase falls between $1,001 to $5,000.

Written Quotations - A minimum of three (3) suppliers shall be asked to quote when the value of the purchase falls between $5,001 to $25,000.

Tenders - The Town will issue a tender for items of more than $25,000.

Request for Proposals - The Town may seek a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an item of any dollar value, which may include professional and consulting services.

Surplus Equipment and Vehicles

From time to time, the Corporation of the Town of Prescott may deem equipment or other goods as surplus and the items are disposed of via public auction. Items are sold “as is” and “where is” and there is no warranty or guarantee. All auctions are advertised on the GovDeals website.
