Prescott Ribfest & World of Poutine is coming May 29–31, 2026, taking over the Leo Boivin Community Centre and Fort Wellington for a full weekend of big flavour, live entertainment, and one of the tastiest events of the season.

Come hungry for the best in ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork, then dig into more than 50 poutine options, all served up alongside a kids zone, market vendor village, bevvy bar, and live local entertainment all weekend long.
